The Aquarium provides 820-2304 sq ft and is available to let on a new lease for a term to be agreed.
 
SERVICE CHARGE
A service charge is payable for the upkeep and maintenance of the common parts which is currently estimated at £6.50 per sqft.
 
BUSINESS RATES
The tenant will be responsible for the payment of business rates.
